Pledge to Spare the Air – Be Idle Free!
The “Turn the Key – Be Idle Free” campaign is a collaboration between the Spare the Air Resource Team, its partner organizations, and schools to educate parents and community members about vehicle idling. The Idle Free pledge states that you will turn off your vehicle while waiting for more than 30 seconds to pick up kids at school and other locations. Join us all year round to reduce idling, save money, and help clear the air in the East Bay.
